This is a letter of appreciation regarding the recent “Women’s Matters Campaign” promoted by Lennox & Addington District Women’s Institute. I wish to thank Jason Hagar and Christine Hagar Gravel of Gray’s IDA for sponsoring our second annual campaign and matching all the items collected with their Atoma brand products.
It was another successful drive with a total of nearly 260 feminine hygiene and personal care items collected due to the generosity of the community. They were divided between Morningstar Mission and the Salvation Army.
Appreciation must also go to the radio personalities at MyFm for promoting this campaign, and to Adam Prudhomme at the Napanee Beaver.
