KFLA Public Health reports 11 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday, active case count at 80

KFLA Public Health saw 11 new COVID-19 cases on May 2, with seven recoveries to place the active case count in the region at 80.

The latest cases involve: a female age 10-17, close contact (cc), a female age 18-29, cc, a male age 18-29, outbreak, two males age 18-29, under investigation (UI), three males age 18-29, cc, two males age 50s, UI and a male in his 60s, travel related.
Five new variants of concern were detected in previously known cases.
