Hastings-Lennox and Addington MP Derek Sloan announced via Twitter this morning he plans to run for leader of the Conservative Party of Canada.
The local MP, elected to his first term last October, says “We are going to go big, bold, and we are not going to be ashamed to be Conservative” in his 15 second address on his official Twitter page.
He promised a full policies coming soon.
