Confirmed case of COVID-19 at MacKinnon Brothers Holiday Market

Today, Dr. Piotr Oglaza, Medical Officer of Health at KFL&A Public Health, confirms multiple COVID-19 positive cases at MacKinnon Brothers Brewing Company Holiday Market, located at 1915 County Road 22, Bath, Ontario. Several people who attended the event were potentially infectious with COVID-19, suspected to be the Omicron variant of concern.

Individuals who attended the MacKinnon Brothers Brewing Company Holiday Market, on December 4 or 5, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. must test as soon as possible and self-isolate until a negative test result is received.

• COVID-19 Assessment Centre, Beechgrove Complex (51 Heakes Lane, Kingston)

• Lennox & Addington Assessment Centre (Lennox & Addington County General Hospital Westdale Campus in Napanee), please call 613-354-8254

• Participating pharmacies in the KFL&A region

All required measures and guidelines were upheld by MacKinnon Brothers Brewing Company, however despite control measures there is still an element of risk.
