The Meadowbrook Farms U13BB Napanee Crunch blanked the host Kitchener Lady Rangers 3-0 in the finals to capture the Kitchener Fallfest Tournament championship.

The Crunch opened the tournament against Grand River Mustangs on Friday. After going down a goal in the first period they rebounded to score five unanswered goals for a 5-1 win. This would be the only goal scored against them in the entire tournament. The U13BBs went on to defeat the Brampton Canadettes 3-0 and closed out the round robin by defeating the home team Lady Rangers 3-0. This put the Crunch in first place in their pool and guaranteed them a place in the semi-final game on Sunday morning. The U13s came out firing in the semi final and scored seven goals to defeat the Grand River Mustangs and earn their spot in the final. Goalie Abbi VanOrder earned the shutout. In the final they once again met with the host lady Rangers. Jocelyn Osborn scored in the second period to put the Crunch girls ahead. Goals were added by Claire Clapp and another by Osborn in the third to win 3-0. This was the second shutout of the weekend for goalie Peyton Bowers. Top goal scorers for the weekend were Osborn, Clapp and Ruby Marlow.

A true team effort by Napanee led to their first tournament win of the season.
