A pair of women in their 20s tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday, the KFLA Public Health Unit reported.
All other details are under investigation and both women are working with the unit’s contact tracing team.
The latest positive tests brings the total number of active cases in the region up to five. None of the active cases are listed as being in the hospital at this time.
Since the start of the pandemic this region has seen 117 total cases. KFLA remains under ‘green’ status which means the threat of an outbreak to the public remains low.
