Lennox and Addington County General Hospital Foundation held its first Catch The Ace draw last Thursday, with Victoria Saunders (left) selected as the winner. She was presented with a $496 cheque by LACGH Foundation executive director Michelle Dickerson and Cath The Ace chair Kelly Schermerhorn. Though she won the weekly draw, she didn’t find the ace, which means the progressive draw will continue for at least 51 more weeks with the grand prize continuing to grow each week. Every Thursday the winner takes home 20 per cent of all ticket sales, 30 per cent goes into the progressive draw and 50 per cent to the foundation. Tickets for the weekly draw can be purchased online at Ace-LACGHF.com. To be entered in a weekly draw, a new ticket must be purchased each week.
