KFLA Public Health saw two new COVID-19 cases reported Friday to go with one recovery to place the active case count at 11.
The latest cases involve a female in her 50s, under investigation and a female in her 30s, under investigation.
Two people remain in hospital due to COVID-19, one in the ICU.
KFLA Public health medical officer of health Kieran Moore was pleased with the community’s effort to help limit the spread of the virus.
“Amazing numbers, I am so proud of our community!” Moore tweeted. “Thank you for your continued diligence in getting tested, staying home, and following public health measures. We have such a low rate of infection in our region, thank you!”
