Napanee Salvation Army Kettle Campaign coordinator Tina Steele and Napanee Salvation Army director of community ministries Abby Mills are joined by management at Boyer Chevrolet Buick GMC to unveil a special Tip Tap kettle, which can accept donations with a simple tap of a debit, credit card or phone app. The technologically advanced kettle were made possible through a partnership with Rogers and is one of two Tip Tap kettles that will be in the Napanee community.
