Despite picking up points in the ninth and 10th end, Team Horgan fell 6-5 to Team McEwen this morning at the Tim Horton’s Men’s Olympic Curling Trials in Saskatoon.

McEwen’s three points in the fifth end proved to be the difference in the match.

Napanee’s Scott Chadwick shot 94 per cent in the game, tied for second highest on the team.

Horgan’s Cataraqui Golf and Country Club based team is now 1-3 at the tournament. They’ll be back on the ice tonight at 8 p.m. eastern time to face Team Epping.
