The Tomlinson Group Napanee U11 Stars moved into a tie with Frontenac on the back of a 15-1 trouncing of Norwood in one of nine road games played by local teams this week.
–The Desjardins Insurance U13 squad remain undefeated after they notched a 7-4 victory in Campbellford, and cruised 9-1 in Keene. After six league games, they have 12 points.
– The U15’s now have seven wins in eight outings. The boys were solid in a 3-0 shutout in Brighton. Their game in Wellington was tighter over the first two periods, but the players physical action in the third stanza helped them coast to an 8-4 win.
–Friday in Tweed, the U18 Stars edged a solid Tweed team by a 3-2 score. In Keene, on Sunday, they doubled up on Otonabee 8-4 to remain undefeated.
