RICE, Gary Albert Steven
It is with very heavy hearts and profound sadness that the family of Gary Rice announce his passing on March 19, 2024, at his home in Napanee, Ontario, in his 43rd year.
He is survived by his parents Steven Rice (Karen) and Donna Angelo (Michael), his siblings Candi (Ricky), Quill (Thom), Breanna, Natasha (Michael), his nephew Kal, and grandmothers Elaine Rice and Louise Scott. He will be greatly missed by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Gary was a special soul with a soft, gentle, kind, and caring heart. He loved to sit outside in the fresh air soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful sounds of nature. He had a soft spot for animals and loved them all.
Gary enjoyed music and playing his guitars, he had a natural talent and was a joy to listen to. He loved many sports but especially hockey and the New York Rangers. He also enjoyed wrestling and the UFC, and was known to play the occasional round of golf. Gary loved to cook and was a great chef whether on the grill, in the smoker, or in the kitchen. It was always great food made with love.
A Celebration of Life to be held at Wartman Funeral Home, Napanee on Saturday, April 6th, 2024 from 1-4 pm. All are welcome.
