Kudos to Conservative leader Erin O’Toole for ejecting Ontario MP (our MP) Derek Sloan from caucus for accepting a donation from one of Canada’s
most notorious white supremacists. Mr. Sloan has argued that he receives so many donations that he was unaware of this donation. Perhaps. But the question should
not be whether Mr. Sloan knew or did not know about the donation; but rather, given people normally contribute donations to a party that is most likely to entertain their
ideals; then why is a white supremacist donating to Mr. Sloan?
