The Lennox and Addington OPP are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the person(s) responsible for a hit and run on a pedestrian.
At approximately 7:31 a.m. on November 16, 2023, police responded to a report of a 67 year old male who had been hit by a vehicle as he was walking on Amherst Drive by Manitou Crescent, in Amherstview. The male was treated by EMS and sustained minor injuries. The vehicle did not stay on scene. It is unknow what type of vehicle it was. Police are looking for anyone with home security video or vehicle video that may have captured the incident.
