Lennox and Addington OPP are currently investigating reports of a young Caucasian male child with blonde hair, wearing a bright yellow shirt and black shorts, running into the woods along Hwy 401 near Mitchell Rd. Please use extra caution while driving in the area.
Police tweeted the above at 9:25 p.m. on Tuesday.
*Update* Belleville Police Services say the boy has been identified and was not missing, just on an ATV ride with his father in the woods next to the 401.
