Just before 10 a.m. on Sept. 2, officers of the Lennox & Addington OPP and other emergency crews responded to a single motor vehicle rollover on County Road 41 north of County Road 3 in Stone Mills Township.
The investigation has revealed that the southbound vehicle left the road and entered a ditch. The driver and lone occupant, Richard W. Olsen, age 69 of Belleville was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The roadway was closed for several hours while OPP Technical Collision Investigation (TCI) team investigated.
