Officers of the Lennox & Addington OPP were asking for assistance from the public in regards to an assault investigation.
Charges have been laid stemming from the incident that occurred on Feb. 17, where a male was assaulted by an unknown person outside of a restaurant in the area of John and Dundas Street in Napanee. The victim suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries as a result of the assault.
L&A County OPP have arrested and charged Lucas Gray, age 22, of Loyalist Township, with assault causing bodily harm.
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee on May 17, 2022.
