Ontario needs same travel restrictions as Atlantic provinces

Why has Ontario not implemented restrictions on travel into the province along the lines of those in the Atlantic provinces?
Anyone wishing to visit any of the four provinces must quarantine for 14 days upon entry, no exceptions. Yet we have travellers from Quebec coming into Ontario every day and no quarantine required. This despite the fact that Quebec has more than double the rate of new infections compared to Ontario. We need to close our borders on all three sides to any but essential traffic. Then maybe we will see a drop in the numbers of new cases each day. I still see an occasional Nova Scotia or Alberta plate come through, not to mention the myriad of Quebec ones. I have been told by customers that they don’t care if they are supposed to wear a mask because they won’t do so.  I work in an essential service and must deal with these people daily. How can I be sure that I am not picking up COVID-19 on my clothing from them? Additionally how can I be sure that I am not being infected by someone who “claims” to have an exemption from wearing a mask because of a respiratory condition? I am forbidden from asking for proof of this claim. For crying out loud, I have been diagnosed with mild COPD but must still wear one. Let’s make this situation right by doing what others have done and forbid entry without quarantine, period.
