KFLA Public Health reported one new case of COVID-19 on Monday.
A male under the age of 10 tested positive, with the cause of infection traced back to an outbreak. A previous case reported over the weekend in a female in her 60s has been identified as a variant of concern, the sixth confirmed variant of concern in the region.
Five cases were listed as recovered, dropping the active case count down to 21.
For the first time in a several weeks, there is no one in a local hospital due to COVID-19.
