NDSS Hawks curling team goes 2-1 at Day 1 of OFSAA

NDSS’ girls curling team went 2-1 in today’s OFSAA action, playing their first two games in Kingston before heading to  Gananoque.

Napanee was rolling in their first two games, defeating Bishop Allen Academy 11-3 and Eastview SS 10-3 to start their day. In the evening game Napanee conceded a 9-1 match to Marymount Academy.

Their 2-1 record along with their 4.26 Last Stone Draw has the Golden Hawks seventh out of 18 teams after the first day of play.

Napanee returns to action tomorrow morning at 11 a.m. when they take on Iroquois Falls. At 2 p.m. they play West Niagara SS.
