On Saturday April 1 the Napanee Writers Forum is hosting a meet and greet and book fair at the Kingston Literacy and Skills Napanee office located at 9 Advance Ave.
Proceeds from raffles the event, which runs from 1-4 p.m., will be donated to the Adult Literacy program.
Guests will have a chance to chat with six local authors as well as those from the surrouding area.
The authors will have books for sale and to sign and there will be selected readings taking place throughout the day. All the authors have donated books for the raffles.
The authors participating are Jean Baxter, Peggy Collins, Elizabeth Hall, Sharon Hogan, Sherry Pringle, Lindy Mechefske, Judi Merle (Montgomery), Rick Revelle, Tim Yearington and Grace Vanderzande.
