After the completion of a virtual public meeting under the Planning Act held on Thursday, February 24, 2022, regarding the Proposed Tomlinson Asphalt Plant, the Town of Greater Napanee will further be hosting an additional in-person public meeting.

In-Person Public Meeting Information:

When: Wednesday, March 9, 2022 beginning at 6:00 pm
Where: Strathcona Paper Centre – Banquet Hall (16 McPherson Dr).
How: No registration is required. Residents wishing to speak are welcome to attend this in-person public meeting.

What to Expect: Town staff will be presenting a summary of the proposed Tomlinson Asphalt Plant application. Questions/comments submitted prior to this meeting on Let’s Talk Greater Napanee may be addressed at the in-person public meeting, if possible, after the staff presentation.
Residents in attendance at this in-person meeting will then have an opportunity to ask additional questions or provide feedback to staff for comments to Council.
It is important to note that this is not a statutory meeting under the Planning Act and there is no requirement for the proponent (Tomlinson) to be present. The focus of this in-person meeting is for residents to make their comments to Council.

This in-person meeting will be live streamed via the Town’s YouTube channel.

Respect and courtesy are required from everyone who is in attendance of this meeting.
