In April the Napanee Beaver, with the help of Our Town cartoonist Tim Nimigan, held a contest calling for single-frame cartoon submissions in two categories-age 7-12 and 13-18 to give young artists something to do amid the ongoing isolation. Not surprisingly, COVID-19 was a common theme among the entries. Here are the winners as well as an honourable mention.
