Officers of the Lennox and Addington OPP have charged a male after a spray-painting spree in Amherstveiw.
L&A OPP received complaints about buildings being spray-painted on Aug. 13, 14, and 16 on Bath Road in Amherstveiw. On Aug. 17 officers located and arrested the male responsible for the spray-painting.
As a result of this investigation, L&A County OPP has charged a 29-year-old of Loyalist Township, with:
- Mischief – destroys or damages property – four counts
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee on Sept. 12, 2023.
