Beaver Staff

Lennox and Addington County’s economic development office is teaming with Kingston Frontenac Lennox and Addington Public Health to assist businesses as they reopen.

An online question and answer webinar session with a KFLA Public Health expert will take place May 26 at 9:30 a.m. Business owners can register at www.LennoxandAddington.com. The online session will provide insight to the host of new safety measures that are being put in place by the provincial government as stores reopen to the public.

Also on the county’s website, business owners will find a link to several resources that will offer tips and good practices for retail stores as they prepare to reopen, as well as how to offer new features such as curbside pickup. There’s also information on how to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace, and more.

The site also contains downloadable images for storefronts and windows that may be useful to businesses who now offer delivery, curbside pickup or call ahead orders.

All links and downloaded materials are available online at www.lennox-addington.on.ca/covid-19/business-guides-to-reopening.
