With all kinds of stores being closed due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, most places are forced to get creative with staying open business and following social distancing rules.

Local winery, Bergeron Estate Winery and Cider Co. brought out their thinking caps and came up with a solution and now offer outdoor social distancing audio tours which began May 1.

The audio tour will be self guided and guests will receive a downloadable audio clip to listen on their own devices and headphone while they tour the grounds.

Tours will be scheduled with only one family group at a time with a maximum of five members per tour to ensure social distancing is maintained. Tours will run 45 minutes in length starting on the hour.

The small groups, one at a time, will be able to walk around the vineyard while learning about the estate, the vines and hearing their stories.

Guests can also pre-order a bottle of wine and a take away pizza at the winery’s new take away window.
