KFLA Public Health reports 10 new COVID-19 cases on Friday

The first day of 2021 saw 10 new COVID-19 cases reported by KFLA Public Health.

They include two males, age 10-19, close contact, three males in their 20s, close contact, one male in his 30s, close contact, two females in their 20s, under investigation and two females in their 30s, close contact.

As of Dec. 30, the KFLA region had 47 active cases and no one listed as requiring a stay in the hospital.

With data for Dec. 31 not counted, the KFLA region saw 549 cases reported in 2020, with 502 recoveries and no deaths.

Like the rest of Ontario, the KFLA region is under grey lockdown community status.
