Responding to feedback from its ridership, the Towns of Deseronto and Greater Napanee have revised the bus stop locations for the Deseronto Transit route system.
The bus program was launched on Jan. 9 and links Greater Napanee to Belleville, with stops in Deserenton and the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory along the way.
Effective Tuesday, there will be additional locations and stops on the transit route to accommodate riders. The following are additions to its service:

Westbound or Deseronto/Belleville Bound – 5:22am
Napanee Rotary Park/Napanee Library
Westbound or Deseronto/Belleville Bound – 8:50am 11:20am 3:01pm 6:26pm
Eastbound or Uptown Bound (Walmart, No Frills, Metro Etc.) – 8:06am 10:35am 2:16pm 5:44pm
Chucks Roadhouse
Eastbound or Downtown
Napanee/Deseronto/Belleville Bound – 8:18am, 10:47am, 2:28pm, 5:56pm

Individual tickets and monthly passes are available at the Deseronto Town Hall at 331 Main Street Deseronto, the Town of Greater Napanee Administrative Offices at 99 Advance Avenue or the Strathcona Paper Centre at 16 McPherson Drive in Napanee.
