Constable Captures Spirit of Jersey Day
Napanee OPP Const. Kevin Brown couldn't replace his uniform with a hockey sweater for jersey day, so he did the next best thing, hanging his sweater in the passenger seat while completing his patrol. Brown said he wanted to be involved with today's tribute for the Humboldt Broncos alongside other Canadians in schools and workplaces. (Adam Bramburger/staff)
