Police have identified the driver of a fatal collision that took place on Sept. 14 on County Rd 7 as 55-year-old Renee Fawcett of Bath.
L&A County OPP and the OPP Technical Collision Investigation (TCI) team closed County Road 7 for several hours on Sept. 14 to investigate the collision. A northbound car and southbound pickup truck collided in the southbound lane. Both drivers were taken to hospital by Lennox and Addington County Paramedics.
The driver of the pickup truck was treated and released from hospital. The driver of the car was taken to hospital but has succumbed to her injuries.
