Joy Dunne’s goal stood as the difference as the Ohio State Buckeyes blanked the Wisconsin Badgers 1-0 in the NCAA women’s hockey national title game Sunday afternoon in New Hampshire.
The loss ended the Badgers’, whose roster includes Erinsville’s Maddi Wheeler at left wing, attempt to repeat as Frozen Four champions.
