Vaccination policy should take into account each individual case

I have been a registered nurse for over 20 years and most of that in the ER.

I have been on life support 25 times for allergic reactions and the last one lasted a month on a ventilator.  My allergies are to a multitude of things including preservatives that are found in a large number of medications. I have worked full time in the front lines of COVID without becoming ill or making my patients ill. I continue to self-test at least twice a week. I was told yesterday that doctors are being directed to give no exemptions to the vaccine so I will be on unpaid leave as of Oct. 30. Then today I found out that I do not qualify for EI because I am failing to comply with the vaccine policy.  How is this considered acceptable? The system does not allow for cases to be looked at individually and there is no appeals process. To top it off the unvaccinated have to be tested regularly and the vaccinated are not being tested when they are exposed, perhaps because if the public knew how many vaccinated people are infected but no symptomatic it would alleviate some of the fear they have created to split the community.
