Napanee OPP responded to a transport truck roll-over on the east bound off-ramp of Hwy 401 at County Road 4 in Camden East this morning around 6:30 a.m.
The tractor-trailer, hauling 1,500 gallons of coal tar, rolled as it exited the highway.
The Ministry of Environment will be attending to access the leakage from the collision.
Loyalist Fire Department is on scene as well to assist with the investigation which is ongoing at this time.
The male driver was transported to hospital with minor injuries.
The eastbound exit at County Road 4 is expected to be closed most of the day.
