Greater Napanee’s annual indoor spring market is almost here.
The market which is open on Mar. 21, is held at the Strathcona Paper Centre in the large banquet hall at 16 McPherson Dr. For more information on the market or to register visit the town’s website at www.greaternapanee.com.
Along with their indoor market they run a Hometown Market every Saturday between June and Sept. in Conservation Park with vendors selling anything handmade or homegrown. The market runs on Saturdays from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. rain or shine. Each market will host a ‘pop-up’ event making it a fun day activity for everyone young and old.
“I love seeing all the local producers, artisans and crafters,” expressed Lyndsay Tee, economic development coordinator community and corporate services for the Town of Greater Napanee. “Everyone coming together to have a place to show case their work and talent and be able to sell it and have the community members come out and support their local people is awesome.”
