Don’t have Internet and you wish to submit a comment to participate in the upcoming Tomlinson Public Meeting on February 24, 2022, at 5:00 pm? Here’s how to get involved:

How to Submit Comment Prior to the Meeting Without Internet Access:

Phoning our staff is the easiest way to get your voice heard. When you call our staff, we can arrange an alternative way for you to submit public feedback. Patricia Vienneau can be reached at 343-302-5269.

Alternative methods for submitting public comment include, but are not limited to:

-Dropping off a hand-written letter at our Infrastructure Services Office at 45 Commercial Court, addressing it to the attention of Patricia Vienneau.

-Mailing a letter to our Infrastructure Services Office at the following mailing address:

Any written comments must be submitted by February 16, 2022, at 4:30pm.

Our staff have arranged a designated location for those who have accessibility needs or limited Internet access to address Council the night of the public meeting. Staff can provide more details to residents upon phoning to register.
