Three new COVID-19 cases reported this weekend

KFLA Public Health announced a female under the age of 20, but not attending any elementary or secondary school, has tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday.

On Saturday the local health unit announced two positive tests, one male and one female, both between the ages of 20-29. The three recent cases all under investigation.

As of Sunday afternoon there are 12 active cases. The region remains under a ‘yellow’ rating, meaning there are few active cases and less than two active outbreaks.

Since the start of the pandemic there have been 129 confirmed cases, 117 of which have recovered with no deaths. None of the active 12 cases are listed as being in the hospital.
