The family of the late Wayne G Cuthill wishes to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to our relatives, friends, co-workers and neighbours for cards, donations, flowers and food received during the loss of our beloved Husband, Dad and Grandpa/Poppa, Son and Brother. A special thank you to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at KHSC and LACGH for the care and respect given to Wayne while he was a patient with them.
