On March 7 officers with the Napanee OPP received a report from a complainant that someone had attempted to use his bank card for fraudulent transactions in the Napanee area. The card had been stolen earlier that morning and was used at two bank machines in downtown Napanee.
As a result of the investigation, police have identified a person of interest who was seen on surveillance video at one of the locations.
Anyone who recognizes the man in the photo is asked to contact Napanee OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477(TIPS).
