A suspect is in custody after a hit and run involving multiple vehicles occurred in downtown Napanee on Thursday morning.
A suspect driving a red jeep was seen driving at a high speed through downtown Napanee, striking multiple parked vehicles before coming to a stop in front of Lansing Gifts and Gallery on Dundas Street. The driver then fled the scene on foot but was arrested a short time after.
Greater Napanee Emergency Services fire crews along with Lennox and Addington OPP and EMS attended the scene following several multi vehicle incidents involving several different vehicles at the same time. No injuries were reported.
Lennox and Addington OPP continue to investigate.
