After a delayed start to the year due to COVID-19, Napanee’s Rotary Park Splash Pad will officially open Saturday morning at 10 a.m.
The splash pad, located at 10 Pearl St., will then be available to families seven days a week for use between 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
While the Town of Greater Napanee continues in a COVID-19 State of Emergency, during Stage 2 of reopening it is recommended that visitors of the splash pad:
– Maintain physical distancing of two metres (six feet);
– Frequently apply hand sanitizer
– Use their elbows or feet, not their hands, to press the button to activate the splash pad.
Along with the splash pad, the public washrooms at Rotary Park will reopen on June 27. The playground beside the splash pad will remain closed at this time.
For more information on COVID-19 updates, visit the town’s website, www.greaternapanee.com.
The public can find answers to their COVID-19 questions on the KFL&A Public Health website, www.kflaph.ca.
