The Uxbridge Bruins clinched the Orr Division championship last night, defeating the North Kawartha Knights 4-2 to take the series four games to one.

The Bruins will now face off against the Raiders in a best-of-seven series. The dates of the games are yet to be announced, though the earliest the series could get started is March 19. Uxbridge won the coin toss to host Game 1.

Like Napanee, the Bruins finished first in their division, going 33-7-2-0 in the regular season. They scored an Orr Division leading 212 goals, while allowing 96. They play a physical game, as evident by the 1179 penalty minutes they racked up in 42 regular season games. By contrast the Raiders scored 264 goals while allowing 71 and were handed out 875 minutes worth of time in the sin bin.  Napanee swept the regular season series against the Bruins, 2-0, though both games were decided by a goal.
