The Bay of Quinte Skyway Bridge will be completely closed to traffic on Nov. 27 starting at 6 a.m. until 6 a.m. on Nov. 29.
If weather is not conducive to construction this weekend, the alternate full closure date will be Dec. 4 at 6 a.m. until 6 a.m. on Dec. 6.
During this time period the highway will be closed, and no traffic will be permitted to pass over the bridge. This closure is required to complete the final concrete placement to connect the two new decks together prior to final paving before reopening the two lane to traffic.
