Over the winter not all people pick up after their pets when walking on or around the track.
To say thanks to the Fair Board and to the town council for the excellent facility, Doug Dodd and Linda Pettigrue picked up and boxed the collection of frozen dog droppings on two mornings this week. Doug and Linda are two quiet citizens and there are a number of others who do good things, winter and summer to assist the town.
May I also make a suggestion to the Napanee Town council that they replace the tattered and torn Canadian flag on its pole at the fairgrounds.
