Police seek suspect in Monday morning break and enter in downtown Napanee

Just after 5 a.m. Monday officers of the Lennox and Addington OPP responded to a report of a break and enter at a jewelry store on Dundas Street in Napanee.

Investigation revealed that glass was broken on the store front to gain entry.  A person(s) wearing dark clothing and a black helmet was seen fleeing the area on a motor bike that was said to have bright orange colouring by the gas tank. The investigation is currently ongoing.

Police are asking anyone with information in relation to this break and enter and/or the suspect(s) to contact L&A County OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477(TIPS).
