Lennox and Addington County OPP officers responded to a 911 call to a remote cabin in the Addington Highlands on Wednesday near midnight. A complainant reported being assaulted by an acquaintance.
A 33-year-old man of Jamestown, New York has been charged with assault causing bodily harm.
The accused remains in custody and faces a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee later today.
