Officers of the Lennox & Addington (L&A) County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have located a missing male deceased.
Laurie Simpson, age 63, was reported missing on Dec. 24, 2022 by family members that were concerned for his well-being after he was last seen exiting his residence to perform several farm chores A search was conducted by members of the OPP Emergency Response Team and Greater Napanee Fire department, sadly Simpson was located deceased on Dec. 25.
No foul play is suspected, and the death is believed to be non-suspicious. A post-mortem will be held in the near future.
