Lennox and Addington County OPP officers have made an arrest after an early morning break in at a local business. Officers arrested a Napanee resident inside a local business in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
Officers have increased property check patrols as a result of the COVID-19 closures of local businesses.
The accused was taken into custody at around 4:15 A.M., and has been charged.
A 41-year-old man of Napanee has been charged with:
Break, enter a place – with intent to commit indictable offence
Fail to comply with probation order
The accused faces a court date at the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee on June 23, 2020.
