Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at his home in Napanee on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of the late Palmina (2017). Loving father of John, Alex (Cindy) Mario (Kelly) Remo (Liz) Anna (Brad). Proud grandfather of Randy, Marisa (Jordan), Sydarah, Deyondre, Ryan (Jaclyn), Cody (Robyn), Kristina (Brandon), Kayla (Jeffrey), Katie (Noah), Danny (Julie), Kelly, Cory, Amanda, Pamela (Cory), Douglas and Zach (Emma). Loving great grandfather to many. He will be remembered by niece’s, nephews, extended family and friends. Luigi will be forever missed and never forgotten by all that loved him. The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home, Napanee on Monday, September 4th, 2023 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church (179 West St., Napanee) on Tuesday, September 5th, 2023 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Kingston. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
