I am writing to express how happy I am with the care provided to my husband during his stay at the John M Parrott Centre. The quality of care my husband received was of the highest quality. The JMPC puts their residents first, ensuring patient safety, care and health as their priority. Anytime I needed an appointment had a question or just needed someone to talk to, staff was always available and pleasant.
I am also impressed with how quick the staff called me at my home, whenever anything changed in my husband’s situation regarding his health or his medication. I knew he was in good hands.
During these hard times with COVID-19, the JMPC ensured the residents’ safety came first and followed protocols to ensure the residents not come in contact with the virus.
The kindness of all the staff to my husband was something I will always treasure.
