Officers of the Lennox & Addington OPP have made an arrest in connection with several break-ins in the Odessa area since June 5.
On June 15 L&A County OPP arrested a young person for possession of break-in tools. Police have recovered a quantity of stolen property and hope to identify the owners. The 13-year-old accused was charged with possession of property obtained by crime – two counts; possession of break in instruments and failing to comply with undertaking.
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to attend Youth Court at a later date in the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee. Anyone in the Odessa area and that had items stolen recently is asked to contact the L&A OPP at 613-354-3369.
